Landlord, Wesleyan Assurance Society, recently won Regeneration Project of the Year for the transformation of Grange Park in Cheltenham – the second biggest asset in the Wesleyan commercial property portfolio.
Hosted in Birmingham on Saturday 27 September, the awards recognised excellence, innovation and leadership across the UK’s property and investment sector.
